You’re having a baby!

Let’s give you the support you’re looking for

with an experienced birth and postnatal worker with lots of knowledge, practical and hands on expertise to offer.

A small illustration of a smiling baby face.

Giving birth can be a lot to adjust to, all the healing, tiredness, emotions, happiness and worries that come with it. I’ll support and help you through all this with a gentle, caring, helping hand.

You might…

have just found out that you’ll be having a c-section that you weren't expecting. This can come with worries about needing more healing time and more support than you’d bargained for.

have so many questions about your baby…. feeding, sleeping, wanting to gain knowledge about normal infant behaviours.

be finding it hard to get into a new routine, to get out and about again or just have a bath and time to yourself. Sometimes even a wink of sleep can feel like a distant dream, let alone trying to get organised inside the house.

I have the expertise and experience to advise, support and put you at ease in these newborn days, all whilst helping you get things organised and get you into the routines that will anchor you in your new life with baby.

If you’re worried about bringing your new baby home and not knowing what they need and when they need it, I totally get it I’ve been there. I can help guide you through these fears with my expertise and knowledge in normal infant behaviours in the early days.

I can support with feeding and settling. I have firsthand experience of breast and bottle feeding and will always work with you to get baby fed in a way that works for you.
